This Privacy Policy explains how LCVH LTD ("Noa Belle", "we", "us") collects and uses your personal data when you visit our website or buy from us, and the rights you have. We are the data controller for this data under the UK GDPR and, for customers in the European Union, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Personal data we collect

  • Order and contact details: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and phone number if you provide it, when you place an order.
  • Order information: the products you buy, prices, and order and payment status.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by our payment platform, Whop. Your card or payment details are entered directly on Whop's secure checkout; we do not receive or store your full card number.
  • Communications: the messages you send us (for example by email or through the contact form) and our replies.
  • Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe to our emails.
  • Technical and browsing data: when you browse the website, our hosting provider and the services listed below receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and, if you accept advertising cookies, how you interact with the website.

How we use your data and our legal bases

  • To process and deliver your order, handle returns and refunds, and contact you about your order — necessary to perform our contract with you.
  • To answer your questions and provide customer service — our legitimate interest in helping you, or to perform the contract.
  • To keep accounting and tax records — to comply with our legal obligations.
  • To prevent fraud and keep the website secure — our legitimate interests (and those of our payment platform).
  • To send you news and offers by email, only if you have subscribed — based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
  • To measure and improve our advertising on TikTok and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) — based on your consent to advertising cookies, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share your data with

  • Whop — our e-commerce and payment platform, which hosts this website and processes payments, and may act as an independent controller for fraud prevention, tax and payment compliance. Whop's own privacy policy explains how it uses your data.
  • Klaviyo — our email service, used to send order-related emails and, if you have subscribed, our newsletter.
  • TikTok and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) — through their advertising pixels, only if you accept advertising cookies (see below). They may also use this data for their own purposes as described in their privacy policies.
  • Delivery partners — to deliver your parcel and provide tracking.
  • Google Fonts — the website loads its fonts from Google, which receives your IP address when fonts are downloaded.
  • Authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies, pixels and local storage

  • Strictly necessary: the website stores the contents of your shopping cart in your browser's local storage so that it is kept between visits. This is needed for the cart to work and is not used to track you.
  • Advertising (TikTok pixel, Meta pixel): these tools place cookies and send information about your visit (pages viewed, products added to the cart, purchases) to TikTok and Meta, so that we can measure our ads and show relevant ads. They are only loaded if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.

International transfers

Some of our service providers, including our payment platform, our email service and the advertising platforms, may process your data outside the UK or the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. When this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and the UK authorities.

How long we keep your data

We keep order data for as long as needed to fulfil your order and handle any return, and then for the period required by UK accounting and tax law. Customer service messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Advertising cookies are kept for the period set by TikTok and Meta, unless you delete them or withdraw your consent.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time where we rely on consent. To exercise these rights, email support@noa-belle.com. We will reply within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the UK data protection authority, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) — ico.org.uk. If you live in the European Union, you can also contact the data protection authority of your country.

Children

Our website is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
